This machine consists of the following several parts.

Bitumen cylinder.It uses to place asphalt, and the bottom has nine roots of electric heating tube sets, the inner places electric tube. When electric heating pipes has electricity, it can make the asphalt in the bitumen cylinder heat and melt. The machine is heating, through plug-in thermocouple and digital temperature control meter, the temperature of the machine can be showed and controlled.

Bitumen pump.This is a gear pump; it can place directly in the liquid bitumen cylinder, and transport the melted asphalt to the nozzle by pipeline.

Shower Nozzle. It is duck mouth shape. It is placed under the cable metal protecting jacket. Its function is to spray the some pressured liquid bitumen evenly on the surface of protecting jacket.

Carrier. It is made by stainless steel ,and than curving it and become arc , it is place under the metal protecting jacket ,to lay the liquid bitumen from the protecting jacket, it can make the abdomen of protecting jacket without spraying bitumen soaking in the place.

Scraper. It used to shaving the bitumen outside surface of the painting the cable protecting jacket( The hold of the scraper and the plastic clamp is made by users according to the outer diameter size of the protecting jacket .The hole of the scraperΦ1=Φ-10.The hole of the plastic clamp Φ2= Φ+10 .
