AH122 Grades Introduction

Suitable forlight and secondary load cuttingof steel, stainless steel, heat resisting alloy, high strength and hardness steel material in the condition of secondary cutting speed.
Working hardness is 30~45°,applicative to finish machining of steel.
Vg coating, add the special microalloy element, break the grain size limit of traditional TIALN coating, have higher coating hardness and heat resistance.
Coating hardness is up to HV 3600~4000, heat resistance is over 1000°c.
