Principle:

When burner controller (13) is started, the bypass solenoid valve on gas/fuel proportional valve (4) opens. At the same time, burner controller (13) enables the ignition burner (6) to get ready for ignition. After that, burner controller ignites main burner to specific state corresponding to requirement. Before that, air butterfly valve (7) must be in the ignition position. Then the opening increases and regulation starts as the main gas solenoid valve (4) starts. The power of main burner can be regulated by opening control of air electric butterfly valve (7). When the furnace needs to heat up, the gas outlet pressure will be improved by the pressure pipe of air/gas proportional valve due to the higher combustion air pressure, so that the gas/fuel flow ratio keeps invariable in other the operating point. During the procedure, flame monitoring of ignition burner (6) and main burner (6) are implemented by burner controller (13). In the meantime, the instantaneous flow and total gas consumption can be displayed on electric meter (2).
