WASHING STERILIZING FILLING and SEALING COMPACT LINE for AMPOULE
Used for 1-20ml ampoule , and 1-15ml vial filling
INTRODUCTION
The compact line is composed of QCL series vertical ultrasonic washing machine, ASMR Tunnel type circulating heated air sterilizing oven, AGF series vertical filling& sealing machine, and each machine can be used stand-alone. The line can be applied to fill 1-20ML ampoule with automatic procedures as follows: ultrasonic washing, three times water washing (twice circulating water washing, plus one time fresh water washing), three times air spraying, drying and sterilizing, cooling, liquid filling and protection gaseous filling ( compressed air filling and nitrogen filling).
The machine is a new generation of automatic production line our company produces based on our own patented technologies and many years of experiences in pharmaceutical machinery manufacturation.
Features:
1.Mechanical gripper holds the ampoule around the washing machine, appliable to 1-20ml ampoule.
2.During wahsing process, ampoules do not need to be stopped. Both the water injector and air nozzle follow the moving ampoules, which can ensure an excellent quality of ampoule washing and super water-saving effect
3.Both circulating water pipes and fine washing water pipes are assembled individually, which can prevents from extra contaminations
4.buffering block is added in front of the spiral screw to prevent ampoule from being broken and protect the spiral screw
5.A cellular belt is adopted for ampoule out-feeding section, which allows for more stable and reliable transferring of ampoules in the process.
6.Heated air is circulated on the ampoule while sterilizing, which ensures excellent uniform temperature distribution and energy economy.

7.A HEPA protection function is adopted to ensure high secure operation.
8.Water cooling system is optional. It is able to decrease fresh air supply from the washing room, and reduce the risk from wind pressure imbalance. Good cooling effect.
9.A wind pressure auto-balance system is optional. Its adoption is able to avoid a series of problems such as: high-temperature air flow deviation due to the pressure inbalance between the room and oven, and abnormal risein temperature in filing room and washing room
10.Round even-pace wheel instead of section block is adpted at ampoule in-feed station to reduce ampoule breaking rate significantly..
11.For filling and sealing machine, a locking device for its filling nozzle rest and sealing gripper rest is adopted.
12.Synchronous belt instead of traditional one is adopted for filling & sealing machine to rotate the ampoule when sealing the ampoule. It is wear-proof with highly reliable operation.
13.For filling and sealing machine, the ceramic pump, SS pump, creeping pump is optional
14.For filling and sealing machine, the servo system is optional for driving filling pump.
15.A reliable and secure operation is ensured with a control system including PLC, touch screen, and inverter..
The touch screen can display the running status of all units in the system: water pressures, gas pressures, temperatures of all controling points, and the status of all switches and its faults, faults self-diagnosis, faults analysis and its solutions as well.The washing, sterilizing, filling and sealing inter-linkage balancing device is adopted.All of these ensure the compact line in automatic control with stable and reliable operation. The electrical control system can be either Siemens, RockWell, Mitsubishi or Delta to meet different demands from customers.
