Specifications:

1. High ratio of powder recycle. Adopt to advanced foreign cyclone, rate of powder recycle reaches 98%. Saving powders.

2. Max Monthly Capacity: 500T/M.

3. The speed of conveying chain is adjustable, 1.5m/min - 3m/min.

4. PP powder coating booth. For easy cleaning and high ratio of coating, we use the PP plate as material of booth body. It could ensure the quality of coating. At the same time, because of the characteristic of PP, ususlly, 15 minutes could finish cleaning powder inside the booth.

5. Superior coating surface. Before entrance and after exit in powder coating booth, it has a position for people to manual supplying powder, filling the empty place.

6. Low energy consumption. The square shaped curing oven ensures the extreme high usage ratio of heat energy. It can save 15% energy, comparing with the same type of powder coating line.

7.More energy choices. As the requirement of client, LNG, LPG, diesel fuel and electricity.

Please no worry about it. We would provide the design and detailed drawing for building. If it is necessary, our quotation could be included the PP or PVC plate for anti corrosion as well.

* Powder Coating Booth

The material of powder coating booth is PP. Therefore, powder is more easy to be clean.

Less time to clean powder. It just need about 15 minutes to finish cleaning.

The bottom of booth is V shaped so that powder could be collected in high recycle ratio.

Fast color changine. The design of powder coating booth is fast color changing.

Supplying powder center. Supplying powder center could be clean automatically. At the same time, it help the spraying guns, pipes, pumps to be clean automatically too.

High recycle ratio. The recycle ratio could reach 95%- 98%, saving powder.
