1> Main structure:

The machine is mainly constituted by the aluminum lid sorting set, plastic lid sorting set, aluminum lid track, plastic lid track, combination plates, synchronous dial, composition set, photoelectric sensors, product checkout track and operational control system. The whole machine has compact structure and elegant appearance

2> Working principle:

Put the aluminum lids and plastic lids into their respective sorting sets and get sorted. The lids will be well sorted in the sorting set, delivered sequentially through plastic lid track and aluminum lid track to the combination plate to be combined by the clamp roller. The combined aluminum-plastic lids will be sent by synchronous dial to the composition machine for hot riveting. Riveted aluminum lids will be delivered to charging boxes after checking in the checkout track and counting through the photo sensor.
