Our aluminum melting furnaces are newly developed energy efficient ones which are
specially designed following the aluminum smelting process and meeting the strict
requirements such as alloy composition; in-continuous production and higher capacity of
single furnace, so to achieve reduced resource consumption; labor intensity and burnout
loss whiles the improved product quality; production efficiency and working condition;
they are suitable for using more alloy ingot and foundry returns as raw materials.
1) Circular base furnace and the reasonable heat-storage burner configuration, which enforce the furnace air circulation, uniform furnace temperature and avoid the over- heating and over-burning phenomenon thus improve product quality and extend the service life of the furnace.
2) Adopted air pre-heater and the furnace shell air interlayer: the air pre-heater well absorb the waste heat of flue gas and the preheated air is further heated in the interlayer, which increases the surrounding temperature and reduces the heat radiation of the furnace. The preheated air can improve the combustion efficiency, combustion intensity, the flaming temperature and speed; reinforce the air circulation and the heating rate of the furnace.
3) Reasonable door structure: bigger door size which convenience the material charging;
slag removing; better door sealing lead to less heat loss; easier manipulation and cleaner working condition.
4) Energy efficient burners for heating, which features easier ignition, faster heating,
higher speed jet; safer combustion and lower air excess ratio.
