Aluminum heat treatment
.Semi-continuous vacuum induction melting furnace has all the advantages of vacuum induciton melting furnace.
.The vacuum valves are installed on the semi-continuous vacuum induction melting furnace between charging room and melting chamber as well as between melting chamber and casting room.
.As mentioned in item 2, the charge can be loaded and unloaded, the alloys can be added, and steel ingot can be discharged without destroying vacuum and semi-continuous operation can be realized.
.Due the melting chamer stay in vacuum all the time, the service life of crucible is increased and themelting time is decreased.
.The furnaceis fit for meltingiron-based alloys, nickel-based alloys, cobalt-based alloys, other precision alloys, supperalloys, magnetic material as well as precision casting.
