DESCRIPTION

With touch screen and PLC control system , it is convenient and reliable.Compact design and auto tube feed. Driving part fully-closed.
Tube washing and feeding marking identification, filling, folding, sealing, code debossing and finished product output all conducted automatically.
Tube feeding conducted pneumatically, accurately and reliablly.
Various folding forms liket wo folding, three folding, and U-shaped folding can be carried out automatically in one machine by changing mechanical arms.
The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary and conforming to GMP .
FEATURES
1. The mechanical linkage photo sensor precision tolerrance is less than 0.2mm.The chromatic aberration scope between tube and eye mark is reduced.
2. Photo-electronic,electric, pneumatic integrative control is applied with the machine.No tube,no filling .It gives an alarm when low pressure occurs.The machine stops automatically if tube error or open the safety door.
3. Three-layer jacket instant heater with inside air heating,It won't damage the pattern on outer wall of tube and achieves firm and beautiful sealing effect.
