COPY ROUTER

Electro-pneumatic copy router. The structure is realized by three principal monoblocs: bed in steel

and heads units in cast iron. This solution is essential in view of the stress occuring during use.

The machine is manufactured in accordance with CE regulation.

Basic specifications:

· Spindle with double rotation speed (6.000/11.800 rpm)

· Horizontal vices with safety valves

· Working lubrication by atomizer

· Highly rigid head unit due to four cemented and round guide-ways with movement along

recirculating ball bearings

· Pneumatic tracers

· Copying jigs located on the front of the machines in an ergonomic position and easily seen by

the operator

· Possibility of machining with copying jigs or mechanical stops

· Milling tool shank clamping size: from 8 to 10 mm (with collet change)

· Double working pressure servo-controlled in low pressure

· Quick spindle stop for tool changing

· Three phase motor 2/4 poles 0,55/0,37 Kw (0,75/0,5 HP) – 2830/1405 rpm. eurovoltage

230/400V– 50Hz; 275/480V – 60 Hz.
