1.Aluminium coil pretreatment equipment function:

1-1 The pretreatment production line is to degrease, neutralize and chemical treatment before the Aluminium coating. Through this process, the aluminium surface is covered with a honeycomb oxidative coating of high density, which has very strong adhesive force to make the paint and aluminium coil firmly adhesive with each other.

1-2 The Aluminium coil can be unwinded by the tension uncoil machine proportion-controlled steadily, then for the degreasing, neutralizing and chemical treatment.

1-3 Chemical treatment generally adopt non- chromate/oxide type phosphorus chromate/ phosphate, conversion deposited out by it assumes distinctive character , golden or green blue film in aluminium surface outward appearance, whose film weight about 20 ~ 100 mg/M2. The most important thing is to ensure the combination firmness of the coating layer and the chemical film. Even if the abscess or lossing appearing on the coating layer, oxide corrosion in the hollow and the falling off of the paint won’t appear too.
