Coating Line Structures

The entire aluminium profile coating line includes: pretreatment system, powder coating booth system, curing oven, control system and conveyor system. Pretreatment mainly refers to washing and electrostatic dust free treatment. Once done, it will go into spraying booth for quick spraying. The conveyor system will move in/out coated products and deliver to curing oven for quick heating/curing. The speed is controled by PLC on human-computer interface. There's no much technique required to operate the system because most configurations are pre-set via button press control. Because of the aluminium specifications, they coating line is designed for 100% automatic to ensure the best effects. No further manual operation needed.
