Characteristics :

1.the combustor is in the top of the furnace , a fully closed heating system is consist of the combustor, thermal cycle air blower, air flue and the hearth. The aluminium billet heating furnace used high quality thermal insulation material to make sure that the cold air can not enter in. also the thermal air can not spill out. So our log heating furnace can fully use the thermal energy, and get the objective to energy conservation. compare with transmission furnace ,our billet heater can make 10% energy conservation.the thermal cycle air blower is employ a good way to avoid the situation that the top of the furnace is washy. It can improve the working environment.

2.The roller in the billet heating furnace is use effective equipment which has the advantage of Simple structure and convenient maintain. The roller is depend on the billets to trundle on the track.it can not only make the billets turnover to heating equality but also can make sure that the billets inside would not stack-up.
