1. Applications:

The machine Alu- Alu Plastic Automatic Packer is assembled with three parts, and can be packed and transported separately. Integrating mechanism, electricity and gas, Alu- Alu Plastic Automatic Packer completes separately all procedures including warm-up, blister forming, automatic feeding, heat sealing and synchronous adjustment of Aluminum-Plastic strip, empty-detecting, hard Aluminum forming, second heat sealing, batch number printing, blanking and scrap-collecting, etc. under control of PLC.The machine Alu- Alu Plastic Automatic Packer is suitable for blister packing with Aluminum-Aluminum, Aluminum Plastic and Aluminum-Plastic-Aluminum.

2. Performance And Characteristic:

1). Travel scope can be adjusted.

2). DPP-320F is the bigger type of DPP-250F, so the electronic part and pneumatic part is the same, but overall dimension is different.

3). Mould is located by locating groove which makes it easy to change mould. The machine heats the PVC through conduction and forms it through pressing and frothing.

4). The material is fed automatically. The mould and feeder can be designed as user’s requirements.

5). Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Adopt the interface of human-machine and PLC programmable controller, it can synchronize accurately.

6). Adopt the equipment of trace pressing, batch number printing and scarp-collecting.

7). Manipulator grip to tow wrapper, straight to-and-fro running. Synchronize accurately. (Stepping motor can be chose to drive and tow wrapper)

8). The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine’s life.
