*Material

1. Main shaft:180mm×25mm seamless steel tube, after machining size:178×23mm. Under the pressure of 6tons, the deflection is 0.00000000255m, which can be ignored.

2.Spoke:stainless steel welding type,10 pcs for inside and outside in all. The spoke head is casted by stainless steel, which thickness is30mm.

3..Stainless steel belt:stainless steel winding sheet 1.5×12mm. The screw pitch is 10mm.

4..Stainless steel bar:stainless steel bar 160mm×60pcs. The stainless steel material is SS304.

*Technical requirement:

1. Shaft: The seamless tube of cylinder mould and spindle nose are after finish machining, then hot assembled. The bearing stand roughness is below 1.6. The spoke is installed on the main shaft byM20mm×70mm 304 stainless steel bolts. There are δ2mm seamless tube stainless steel spacer sleeves between the spokes.

2. Wire face: The cylinder mould is after lathing and grinding, then polished treatment, which can make sure the accuracy is below1000mm:0.03mm. The cone degree of the wire end is below 0.10mm. The wire flatness of total length is below 0.10mm.

3. Dynamic balance: We do dynamic balance treatment for every cylinder mould, which can make sure that the cylinder mould can operate normally under the speed of800m.
