ALC-I small sawdust dryer for drying wooden sawdust

Application:

1) Dryer for drying wooden sawdust is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks etc small granular materials.

2) The moisture before drying could be 60%, and after drying, the moisture would be reduced to 8% or less.

Structure of dyer:

1) ALC-I and ALC-III model is equipped with one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone.

2) ALC-II is equipped with two fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone.

Drying process:

1) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper. Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.

2) And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

3) Small sawdust dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
