BRIFE INTRODUCTION

AIRFORCE adopts air dynamatics theory to inject mixed air generated from the built-in blower to dyeing machine's nozzle that moves the fabric accordingly. The signification difference between AIRFORCE and traditional machine is that there is on need of mediun such as dye liqour or water ,for AIRFORCE to transport fabric .Even without any liquor in the tank ,fabric can circulate with the aid of airflow. In dyeing process ,airflow merges with dye liquor in nozzle, ejecting atomized dye liquor on fabric .

NOZZLE SYSTEM OF MENGXIONG AIRFORCE DYEING MACHINRE

1.It adopts air dynamic theory making high -speed airflow generated from high-pressure blower enter into nozzle from air entrance ,meantime injecting atomized dye liquor to nozzle from water entrance,atomized dye liquor merges with high speed airflow in nozzle and after further atomizing process it will be sprayed to the fabric and make the fabric move accordingly .
