Dust Collector/ Air rotary counter-spraying bag filter

Work principle

After dust airflow enter bag filter at tangent along inlet body of worm shell, cyclone body separate big crude grain and drop into dust hopper. Fine powder dust enter filtering chamber in homogenization through airflow distributor. Let out purified airflow through filtering bag together with main fan. Power dust attaching filtering bag will be thicker and resistance will be larger in the condition of dust filtering. The timing (resistance) control system will start removing dust unit and spray dust in counter one by one. Make dust filtering system drive continuously.

Application

Widely apply in metallurgical, building material, chemical industry, machinery manufacture, nonmetal ore etc. to handle power dust.

Structural features

1. Combine with cyclone dust filter and filtering dust in case of dust airflow of high speed brush and delay the life of filtering bag. It is characterized by simple workmanship, saving material, small resistance, low consumption and tight structure.
2. Gas source of removing dust is from purified airflow, reduce temperature difference and dew at the lowest limit.
3. Remove dust in the condition of sucking, stopping and spraying with shield mopping plate in case that dust powder of neighbored filtering bag is attached again and again.
4. Combine framework in partial node and it is convenient to maintenance and change them. Don’t need maintenance room.
