We produce biomass pellet making line machines such as wood logs splitter, wood logs debarker, wood chipper, hammer mill, straw bale cutter, mixer, dryer and cooler, pellet machine and briquette machine, pellet packing machine and conveyors e. c. t , for biomass dryer , we have two types, one is air flow dryer , the other is rotary dryer, the air flow dryer introduction as below :

1.air flow dryer is heat flow pulse dryer,also called hot air pipe dryer, advantages of this dryer:direct heat, fast drying, can be folded installation, space saving.

2.The air flow dryer is consisted of hot-air stove, screw feeder, buffer, air pipe, blower and cyclone. The work process is that the air flow is formed through the screw feeder, so that the hot air and material mix together, so the moisture is separated from the materials when passing the cyclone. At last,the material is dried.

3.air flow dryer is mainly to dry biomass or Fertilizer or animal feed powder materials , it can dry high humidity materials, such as sawdust, straw, stalk, animal feed materials from maize, soybean,cereal fertilizer materials from poultry manure , home or factory waste ect .
