Working principle of air-flow dryer system- wood sawdust dryer:the hot airflow is produces through the blower, the wet materials and hot air are mixed, at last, the materials and moisture are seperated through the seperator-cyclone, and reach to the drying efficience.
Operation steps of air flow dryer drying system:
1.Opening the blower, checking the rotation direction of blower, and pay more attention if the inlet has the nomal suction.
2.Checking the every flange end, see if air leak.
3.Inputing the wet materials to the inlet, please pay more attention to the materials should be very small, it is best the size is less than 5mm, the smaller the better.
4.Inputing the fuels to the burner, the temperature of hot air is about 150 degree, the wet materials begin to dry.
