Air End

Air end is the lastest generation of screw rotor line type. The solar rotor & lunar rotor are not bilateral symmetry, and small power (more than 45 kw) type gear ratio is 4:5 and high power (55 kw) type gear ratio is 5:6.

The equipments of Air End production line is imported from German.

Efficient cooling system

The design of cooling system is based on Asia average temperature, and it’s special for high temperature and high damp landform in Asia. The new type of cross exchange cooler not only increases heat exchange capacity by 10%, but also increases the material structure and treatment for acid and alkali resistance, and enhances its performance to resist pressure and chemicals.

Air intake valve

Professional designed new type of integrated air intake controller which is ensuring operation of screw compressor absolutely safe. The controller has reduced some originally unnecessary parts so that the system is simpler and more reliable. The air intake filter eliminates the dust in the air and other impurities which are harmful to air end, to improve the quality of intake air and reduce the abnormal wearing of air end. Closing the intake valve upon opening of compressor to reduce startup loading and release pressure of oil reservoir upon power off and unloading. And the lubricant will not flow back to the air intake filter, and also the current lead function of system will reduce noise of air intake.

Oil and air separator

Screwing design of oil/gas separator is suitable for disassembling and changing. The core of separator will separate the residual oil out of compressed air, and isolated residual oil is approximately 1-2ppm. Enhanced purity of the compressed air will reduce the post-treatment of the compressed air systemand pollution to equipments.

Oil filter

The oil filter adopts screw design which is convenient for disassembling, eliminating impurity of lubricant oil andoilinferior substances, and extends service life of air end, bearing and other parts.
