DB-201 Full-auto rotary triangle mould air-blowing foam one-color plastic slippers/sandal and soles injection moulding machine characteristics:

This machine is used to produce one color soles, sandals, slippers and leisure shoes with PVC or TPR material. It can get very good foam effect with air-blowing technique.

1. Adopting the Taiwan made energy saving pump and oil hydraulic controlling system which can save 25-45% electricity compared with the troditional rotary hydraulic injection machine. It comes with higher performance-price ratio.

2. Taiwan PLC computer controlling system adopted for the complete machine. It comes with industrial human machine interface, original packaging imported hydraulic components, sealing ring, and axle-bearings.

3. Designed with hydraulic motor driving screw, two speeds pressure controlling system and back pressure controlling mode, which can adjust the density of material foaming.

4. Full automatic controlling system of material conveying can switch on/off any station. The electric heating of material barrel adopts four sections type and ensures the collosol quality.

7. Operation designed with two selections: automatic and manual. The machine could serve you with every step except opening the mould and taking out the finished products, which brings with high production efficiency.
