Operating Principles:
1.The selected grain will be transferred by the hoister to the drying area. Grains will be added automatically by the indicator.
2.The direction of grains in the drying area is opposite to the hot/cold air current. So grains will be preheated, dried, cooled.
3.At last,finished materials will be transferred by the conveyor.
Structure:
1.Upper Drying Section---Grains will be heated rapidly by hot air with high temperature, partial water content on the surface will be vaporized.
2.Middle Drying Section---In this section, water in the grains will be vaporized with a large amount by the hot air with moderate temperature.
3.Bottom Drying Section---The temperature of the grains granule becomes high after upper and middle drying. Internal water with strong absorption will be vaporized in the low temperature in the bottom drying section.
4.Cooling Section---After cooled by the cooling machine, grains which are up to the standard of water content and temperature will be transferred to the warehouse directly.
