1. Introduction of garbage gasifier

Fushneg garbage gasifier is mainly including main part of garbage gasifier and related electrical control system. • as hot coal gas: biomass gasifier + furnace (or burner) =steam (or drying)

Biomass fuel (straw, tree branches and etc.) or garbage firstly goes through high temperature decomposition inside gasifier, then the produced combustible gas burns secondly inside furnace whose temperature can be over 1600°C. At the same, it will produce a lot of heat and meet environmental standard.

Through this process, it will decompose toxic gas and produce a lot of heat which can be apply to producing steam or steam turbine for electricity generation or for drying (for drying tobacco, wood sawdust and etc).

• As cool coal gas: biomass gasifier + tar removing equipment=cooled coal gas

Biomass fuel(straw tree branches and etc)or garbage goes through high temperature decomposition in gasifier. Then the produced combustible gas will be separated through wood tar removing equipment, clean wood tar (wood vinegar) will be got and the purified gas will be used as civil gas, power generation and drying.

The combustible purification equipment will separate wood tar. And the wood tar within combustible is less than 10mg. it also can apply to combustion motor power generation or drying raw material. At the same time, through this process, it can also get high-value wood tar which is used in chemical industry.

2.Auxiliary equipment—combustible gas purification equipment

The dust removal efficiency is over 99% and the combustible gas tar content after purification is less than 10mg. The entire separation process uses the most advanced dry separation, which use the isolated pipeline for cooling, filtering and separating the wood tar and pyroligneous. The equipment will cause no pollution to water and environment. Besides, the cooling water can be used as domestic water directly.
