The whole aac concrete block plant mainly includes five working periods:

1. Raw material preparation and storage
2. Ingredients, mixing, pouring
3. Static stop maintenance
4. Cutting section

5. Grouping and autoclave

1.Raw material preparation and storage

Usually we use the fly ash, cement, lump lime and any others to be our raw materials. For something like the fly ash and cement, we can use them directly for mixing without any crushing processing. But for others like the lump lime, before mixing evenly, some crushing and grinding equipments are needed, they are: Jaw crusher and Ball Mill. After processing of these two machines, the lime powder can be mixed into slurry. Chemicals in a certain proportion after artificial measurement, made certain density solutions, into in the tank is stored. Aluminium by aluminum library shipped to the production workshop, electric hoist ascent to ingredients floor on the second floor combine ingredients in blender filled quantitative water, stir into aluminum powder suspending liquid.

Main equipments:Jaw crusher, Bucket elevator, Silo, Electronic vibrating feeder, Ball mill and so on.

2.Ingredients, mixing, pouring
Fly ash slurry or sand slurry will be measured by slurry electronic measurement in ingredients center. Lime, cement are sent by spiral feeder to measure.Then all the raw materials will be sent to pouring mixer machine by feeding equipment for high-speed mixing. All measurements are through PLC automatic centralized control to ensure accuracy and continuity of measurement. After a few minutes, the arm of casting machine starts pouring material to the mold box.

Main equipments:Screw conveyer, Silo, Aluminum mixer, Pouring machine, Control system and so on.

3.Static stop maintenance
After pouring, mould should be sent to static stop maintenance room for preliminary condensation, the temperature need 50 to 70°C for 1.5-2 hours.(according to the geographical advantages, can discharge the process).

4.Cutting section
Afte curing, the AAC blocks will be sent for cutting by the sling under the function of travelling crane. Then, the cutting process starts:

a. The aerated concrete body and the bottom plate are put on the overturn table;

b. Moved to the slip table of cutting machine;

c. Then they are turned by 90 degree, and the body is moved to the destination;

d. The body is cut in four sides horizontally, and then cut in two sides vertically;

e. The cut body moves from the small slip table to overturn table, and is turned by 90 degree so that it is put on the overturn table. The whole cutting process is automatic.

f. After cutting, the body will be sent to the autoclaved kettle by the steamed car.

5.Grouping and autoclave
Finished grouping steaming larry will be sent to autoclaves by the slowly windlass,after 8-10hours blocks in autoclaves ,the finished blocks will be take out with the windlass behind the autoclave. A semi-finished crane hoist will send the blocks with side panel to conveying groove,then the the blocks would be sent to wooden pallets in the packing line by a finished crance hoist. The worker or automatic packing machine will pack the blocks ,the they are in finished goods yard. The empty side panel return and go on its cycle after cleaning.
