Function feature

1). drum dryer machine adopts hot air drying theory when both of flue gas and wet materials get access to the drying machine from the same side, and the high temperature is used to obtain high evaporation strength, featuring low temperature in the outlet and high heat efficiency of the drying machine;

2). The adoption of center regulation support wheel device of drum dryer machine enables the support wheel and roll ring be in constant linear contact, which greatly reduces the wear and power loss of the product.

Operation Principle

The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cylinder. Then water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged. Then the materials would be dried. drum dryer machine is used to dry slag, clay, limestone; drum dryer machine is mainly used for cement, chemical, metallurgical, building materials industries. Its advantages are as follows: high dry capacity, smooth rotation, and low energy consumption, easy operation, high output and so on.
