Approximate work process of the Dry Mortar Plant is as follows:

The dry mortar plant is designed like a tower, includes raw materials drying, sieving, materials storage, metering, mixing and packing, etc. According to requirements of the customers, the system can be equipped with 3-6 bulk storage bins, the material in which will, after being processed by the metering and batching system, be conveyed to pending-for-mixing bin, and then fed into the high-efficiency biaxial agravic mixer for continuous mixing. The finished product in conformity with mixing accuracy requirements can be sent to the finished products bin shortly after mixed.

Raw materials of dry mortar:

1. Cementing materials: cement, lime, plaster.

2. Aggregate: yellow sand, quarte sand, limestone, dolomite, expanded perlite etc.

3. Mineral admixture: industrial byproduct, industrial slag, fly ash, pozzolana, fine silica powder etc.

4. Water-retention and thickening material.

After-sale service of Dry Mortar Plant:

100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee quality of the machines for a period of one year from the date of trial run finish. If any parts (excluding wearing parts) are founds defective (exclude that caused by person's wrong usage) in quality in the first year, the seller shold replace free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis.
