Uses and Characteristics:

1. Applicable to coating for BOPP film, PE film, PET film and other substrates.
2. Wide adaptability, it can be used to design professionally according to the nature of substrates.
3. Temperature is multistratum controlled and it can be adjusted according to different technologic al requirements.
4. To control the minimum contraction volume of substrates, speed-regulating with frequency conversion, and also the multi-point synchronous controller for the simultaneous operating of the whole machine.
5. It is equipped with electronic corrective device to ensure the neatness of the edge of the coating cloth and finished products.
6. High degree of automation, coated fast, multy use of one machine.
7. Automatic rollig and release of membrane, non-stopping rolling of membrane and non-stopping winding of set length
