CNC Bevel Cutting Machine

The machine is of gantry type structure driven by double-side servo motors. German NEUGART planetary reducer is adopted which is characterized of big torque, low gap and free maintance, by imported AC servo motors, precise rack and gear, a stable horizontal running can be well guaranteed.

Transmission by synchronous belt and ball screw and guiding by double guide rails for lifting device in machine head guarantees the cutting torch running stable, head-turning device adopts spatial linkage mechanism, non-guiding electric slip ring and brush, thus no angle limit rotation can be well made and reliable, smooth turning well guaranteed. Cutting torch can swing synchronously together with active connecting rod, that is, cutting torch rotates and makes ±45°partial sway around cutting center to make bevel cutting of geometrical curve, fixed and changeable, possible.
