AAC block making machine plant mainly includes 5 sections as below:

1.raw material section

-Jaw crusher, bucket elevator,electromagnetic feeder,ball mill,slurry pump,rotary screen,etc.

2.pouring section

-lime,cement silo, screw conveyor, cement and lime measuring tank, pneumatic valve etc.

3.pre-curing section

-ferry push, mould, bottom board, hardening car etc.

4.cutting section

-cutting machine, hoist,brace.

5.steaming section

-traction machine,kettle,boiler.

AAC Production Line Process

1, Jaw crusher is used to primary crush for raw material, and then we use ball mill to make raw material into powder.

2, Raw material is reserved in storehouse, and mix them in a certain proportion .

3, The raw material is measured by electronic balance. Pour them to the mould and mix evenly.

4, Quite to it in a certain temperate until the base body reach certain hardness.

5, Use the sling to carry mould and base body to cutting machine, the sling turn the mould 90 degree in the air, and one side of the mould become the bottom plate to support the base body.

6, Put the base body to hardening car and open mould, then the base body was cutted in six-side. first vertical level and then horizontally cutting.

7, Use the semi-product sling to carry the block to autoclave, and after steaming under high pressure and temperate for 8 hours, the product can be carried out.
