Only change hanger frame for being used turnover process technique and equipment’s gang-up crane to hunger frame with turnover part .It need not to change crane’s girders. It can save 1/3 time than old equipment , changing term is short , low cost ,solve a significant problem that turnover process can not eliminate two sided surface .
