3.1Continuous casting machine

Continuous casting machine is the main equipment to realize the continuous up-casting.It composed by three parts,that is traction mechanism,Liquid level tracking system and crystallizer.The structure is four-column gantry.Traction mechanism consists of two sets of servo motor, decelerating device and traction roll wheel, etc.It can realize high-speed intermittent movement about 0 ~ 600 beats per minute,and through the traction rollers continuously take-up the casting rod.Each group of traction mechanism can drive five traction roll wheels,respectively draw five φ8mm copper rods.automatic tracking system of liquid level can guarante the crystallizerin continuous casting machineinsertcopper
