1. Company profile and product introduction
Qingzhou Haiyang owns blanking workshops, gold panning machinery processing workshops, machining workshops, anti-corrosion workshops, general assembly workshops, product debugging and testing centers before ex-factory.

2. Working site abroad
1)The sellerwill send 2-3 qualified and experienced engineers tothe buyer’sworkplace to direct and guide thecutter suctiondredger'sinstallation and training workers operating.
2) To assist in the installation, the buyerwill arrange for 6-8 workers to aid these engineersin the process of installation.
3)Usually installation is expected to take 10-20 days.
4)The seller’sengineers must arrive atthe buyer’sdesignated place within 3 days after thecutter suctiondredger has been transported to the workplace.
5) After the dredger's complete installation,the buyerwill coordinatethe seller’sengineers to test dredger's performance in appropriate water. Dredger Test includes: operation of thesand/muddredging, hydraulic and electrical systemsoperating, running of the dredger's outfitting equipment, andthe seller’sengineers' debugging of the dredger's natural workin daily working.
6)The buyerwill be responsible for givingthe seller’sengineers and translator: accommodation, food, visa, roundtrip travel tickets and a wage per day for each person. Ifit is the seller’serror causes the installation time to exceed 20 days,the buyerwillnotpay a salary. Ifit is the buyer’serror makes the installation time take more than 20 days,the buyerpays cost by themselves.
7)The buyer’sworkers will followthe seller’s engineers’proper arrangement. To ensure the smooth installation of the dredger,the buyerwill guarantee thatthe seller’sengineer’s return to China within 3 days after the dredger has been installed and tested successfully.
3. Transportation to the port from factory
After the testing, the dredger is dismantle and repainted again, then packing for transportation. The transportation is divided into 2 parts, one is from the factory to the Tianjin port, and the other is from Tianjin port to the destination port. From the factory to the Tianjin port, trucks are using for transportation. Detailed transportation list and drivers information will be recorded before leaving the factory.
Because pontoons of dredger are designed wider and longer, they are transported in bulk vessel from the sea. And also in the transportation process, pontoons are anti-corrosion paint, then it doesn’t matter which place they will be put, in the deck or at the bottom of the vessel.Lug andsafe point hoist have been designed on the deck of the pontoon; it is convenient for loading and unloading.
4. Engine room inside
Engine roomis the heart of the dredger. There are equipments inside: main diesel engine, auxiliary diesel engine, dredging pump, gear box, coupling, generator, hydraulic system, and different cables for connection.
In order to have good connection and performance, different foundations are designed to put the dredging pump, the engines and the coupling; around the foundation, there are also frames designed as supportive of foundation.
On the wall, a lot of compartments are designed for tools; it is convenient for repairing and maintaining.
According to our practice in the last 20 years, the engine room needed to be designed wider and bigger. That’s because in the working process of the cutter suction dredger, engines and dredging pump and generator need checked and supervising. And in case of emergency, it is easily for walking.
5. Customer visiting and negotiating
6. Testing center before ex-factory
Length of the testing center is 60m, width is 28m, and depth is 8m.
In order to guarantee good performance and safety of our cutter suction dredger, all our products will be tested in the testing center before ex-factory. It is tested like the machine working in the customer’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process.
Before one day of the testing, engineers from different equipments of suppliers will be in the factory to assist the testing, for example, engineers from Cummins engine Chonging; engineers from dredging pump company,; engineers from generator company. Usually, before 5 days for the testing, the seller will inform the buyer for supervising the testing process before dismantle the dredger. For the testing, totally is 5 days. The 1stday is testing thesealing and anti-corrosion painting of the 3 pontoons; the 2ndday is hydraulic system testing; the 3rdday is main engine and auxiliary engine testing when dredger in the condition of working; the 4thday is hydraulic cutter driven system in the operating room, and the 5thday is dredging pump testing in different pressures of water flow.
After testing, dredger will be tug out from the testing center for dismantle and shipping. After the dredger dismantle, 3 pontoons will be repainting, because in the testing process, there will be oil on the deck and pontoons.
