Product description:

1, Spindle drive: Direct, Maximum speed: 8000rpm (standard), Optional belt-type spindle: 10000rpm. Direct coupled spindle: 12000rpm/15000rpm.

2, Tool magazine: Cam 24 ATC or arm type 24 ATC to meet the needs of different customers.

3, The structure of the head is heavy box-type. Internal strengthening ribs, high rigidity.

4, The electrical box employs sub-isolation design, to separate the heat source; in front of the box, the heat exchanger is used for cooling, to prevent outside dust into the electrical box; rear fan is used for cooling fan hot plate.

5, three axes adopt high precision ball screws, combined with the precision nut preload and pretensioners of tailstock, to ensure that the backlash and thermal deformation of machine for long periods keeps low.

6, the three axes are hard rail, U.S. Shamban viscoplastic, fast moving speed: 18/18/18 (m / min), cutting speed, 10/10/10 (m / min.)

7, Y-axis datum is increased to provide the best sports datum; the super large span between the two rails makes sure the maximum Chip rigid, ensuring the service life of Y axis.

8, all the main parts are made of high strength cast iron, strong shock absorption and good wear resistance; aging, and stress relief to ensure long-term best accuracy.

9, All finished products have to undergo a laser positioning corrections and circular test to ensure the best positioning accuracy and servo characteristics.

This machine is designed reasonably with simple and compact structure, great mechanical rigidity, and

the belt spindle drive of good accuracy. The machine is equipped with a pre-flush and rear chip conveyor, to facilitate the operator to clean up. The standard configuration goes with MITSUBISHI CNC control system. It can be controlled manually and automatically. Besides, it has manual jog under automatic control condition.
