2. Jaw Crusher

Brief introduction

Jaw Crusher is widely used to crush various large stones, limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel, etc. The highest antipressure strength of material to be crushed is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is mainly used to crush hard and medium hard stones in stone mining, metallurgy industry, building material, highway, railway, chemical industry, etc.

Working Principle

The motor drives pulley, making the movable jaw do periodic movement through eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw increases when movable jaw moves up. So the movable jaw moves to the fixed jaw. The stones are crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and movable jaw decreases when movable jaw moves down, the movable jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the crushed stones are discharged from the outlet.

3. Cone crusher

Brief introduction

Cone crusher is a traditional machine and widely used in the world nowadays. It is suitable to crush various kinds of mid-hard and above mid-hard ores and rocks. The spring safety system of crusher acts as an overload protection system that allows metal to pass through the crushing chamber so as not to damage the cone crusher. The type of crushing chamber depends on the size of raw and crushed materials.

Working Principle

Cone crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the cone leaves, ground materials are discharged from the outlet. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole, consequently the output size is determined.
