3. Printing Unit

=Pneumatic cylinders used to control the shaftless printing cylinders, save time

=The ink doctor blade can be adjusted in transverse direction and longitudinal direction by use of pneumatic cylinders. Adopting a cam, the doctor blade can move in horizontal direction automatically. In this way, it can scrap the ink evenly.

=The Printing Pressure Roller adjusted by use of pneumatic cylinders. The printing pressure roller is to push the printing material to the printing cylinders.

=The ink tray is designed for high speed printing as 100 meters/minute

=Ink mixing roller included for each printing unit, totally 6 pieces.

=Computer to register the colors automatically.

=Double channel drying ovens type. One channel is for cold air and the other channel is for hot air.

*IR heater used in the oven to heat the air

*The temperature is controlled automatically. Each printing unit has one temperature controller, totally six ones included

=The tension at rewind stations are controlled by torque motor.

=The tension control at unwind stations is automatical, magnetic powder brake + load cell + tension control mini computer.

=Two rotary type unwind stations so that it is non-stop to change material roll and it is non-stop to splice the non-printed material.
