6FW-D1 corn machines possess all the merits of 6FW-D1, furthermore, it is equipped with a peeling machine for processing both wet and dry corn seeds. If customer match it with an elavator, then it will be assembled into a poduction line with production capacity 8 ton/day.

Function:

1.Cleaning raw material of corn seeds, to remove stone, iron, and all sorts of dirts.

2.Peeling, remove corn skin.

3.Removing embryo, radicle, endosperm, and 100% remove black hilum.

4.Then produce highest quality of clean corn grits and finest corn flour.

5.This corn machine has also proved excellent working performance to mill beans, wheat, and rice (etc) into grits or flour.

Corn grits/flour milling process: Cleaning--Peeling--Smashing--Grtis taking--Classifying--Polishing--Intensive meshing.

Final product: You can adjust the machine to get 22 sizes of corn grits/flour, from half maize seeds to maize flour (100mesh). Different mesh size of the final corn grits meets different market demand.
