QLB60 Mobile Asphalt Mixing Plant is adopted by a double laying axle agitator and the double axle mixing arm with super long diameter .It is with unprecedented forced stirring ability that is guaranteed to mix evenly in short time. Because the drying cylinder and the agitator are separated, we have reached the request that the bitumen doesnt touch with fire, Ore powder and bitumen are continoaly added into the mixing jar by spiral transportation after the accurate measurement of the weightsensor in the mixing and strring area is complete.This process guarantees that the bitumen will not be aging and the stone powder will not be lost.

The controlling system is adopted with the hearh of PLC, with touching screen that is shown by Chinese. The mixing of raw materials is adopted by electrical automatic quantifying, and the measurement is accruate and reliable. The complete machine is spuially duismd with aunit. It gathers many function together such as collecfing materials, mixing and tramporting, This equipment is flexible and easy to take away. It is considered as the first choice of bituminous concrete mixing equipment.
