Forper's newest finish pig feeder has the same features as that of other Forper's feeders as following:

* supporting legs on both sides are welded together with galvanized flat iron,then hot-galvanized,having advantage of corrosion proof and paint coming-off prevention.

*Adjustment bar inside is manufactured by SS bar, corrosion proof and easy to operate to adjust feed level.

*Square plate on the bottom is die-formed using 304 S steel plate,with its depth 140mm.

Concave-convex shape separates the plate into three sections:one feeding and two drinking sections.Two sections of stainless stell water pipe with stainless steel nipple drinkers are equippped on both sides.

Molded majority accessories

Most parts are molded such as streamline shaped plastic body,round drop feeder with transparent housing,SS bottom feed plate.This ensures the whole feeder more standardized.

Characteristic more-step switch

On one side of the feeder,there is a 20-step knob,used to adjust feed droping level.The knob goes with a clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation,round drop feeder in the transparent housing will go up and down,then feed will drop more or less,in order to meet different feed consumption.

Convenient plastic hose

From both sides of the feeder stand two stainless steel diameter-25mm water pipes,with two stainless nipple drinkers.It is common for other similar feeders on the market.Forper's new design is to equip a blue plastic hose with copper tee.With this,water supply can be provided from two directions.and individual medication for individual pigs can be easily carried out.
