Our asphalt distributors, available in standard and intelligent models, are designed to apply prime coats or tack coats on a surface in preparation for paving. They are capable of handling jobs ranging from light cold applications of emulsified asphalt to heavy asphalt cements heated to spraying viscosity. It consists of an insulated tank with a heating system, a spray bar and unique control system. 1. Dongfeng Truck. Spray volume control can be realized through handle adjustment and computerized control system. 7. Heating System. Italian burner Riello is used on each model with heat transfer oil standard on all the intelligent models and optional on standard ones. 8. Control System. Computerized control system features touch screen in the cab. All the operation can be completed in the cab. 9. Low Maintenance. A liter of diesel is enough to flush the spray nozzles each time. 10.
