Air-cooled squaring line is indicated by which adopts the air-cooled squaring technics instead of the water-cooled. It can square the following ceramic all kinds of wall and floor tile of water absorption>3%. This technics has the feature of no crack of edge, no pinked edge and chamfering is flat and smooth. Air-cooled squaring line is consisted of three systems: squaring machine system includes the mainframe, support, dust-removed, air-cooled, electric system, pneumatic system. Compared to the water-cooled system, it has the better matching accuracy and is durable in use, convenient to adjustment, with low fault rate, and physical dimension easy to ensure. Dust-removed system includes main body, fan, wind pipe, electric system, which has the advantage of good dust-removing effect, easy to collecting and removing dust, needn't to stop machine for dust-removing.
