Model JS21-60 NC servo press is an innovation applying digital computing technology to the mechanical press. It controls the running of slide by the servo motor directly. Besides the features the mechanical press possessed, such as relatively high speed, high rigidity, high precision and high efficiency, it has the advantages such as good flexibility and technological adaptability that usually possessed by the hydraulic press, which expands the application scope of punching process. This press is especially suitable for the punching forming of high precision parts and special material. It is called the third generation new type forming equipment.

1. High rigidity: steel plate welded frame is adopted. The high rigidity and precision structure features less deformation.

2. High flexibility: With NC device controlling the running of servo motor and the movement of slide, the forming operation of different materials and different shapes can be easily completed by editing different control programs.

3. High efficiency: The speed and stroke of slide can be set according to the requirements of forming process. Setting most suitable speed and stroke of slide for different workpieces to be processed can reduce efficiently the wasting of power for the idle stroke.

4. High precision: The height for die assembly is fed back to the NC device through the linear grating ruler, which can significantly increase the precision of BDC adjustment, efficiently decrease the occurrence of non-acceptable products.
