Automatic corrgated box machine is used to make complete corrugated cartons automatically after the corrugated paperboard is slotted to replace manual gluing and folding .The machine consists of a gluing unit, folding unit, automatic pressing and laminating unit and counter ejector unit.
After corrugated paperboard is slotted ,the gluing unit will supply glue to the corrugated paperboard flap, and the laminating unit folds the board and laminates it. The edge pressing roller then presses the edges and the steel roller pre-presses it, then after folding ,the corrugated boards are reshaped by a shaping board (patting the fronts and back of the boards).Following this, the counter ejector sends out the pile of cardboard and counts the quantity ,then binds the pile of cardboard.
The gluing ,folding, pressing ,laminating and counter ejector workflow can greatly improve working efficiency and increase the benefits of manufacturers through precise shaping after folding and precise operation of the counter and ejector unit.

This corrugated box machine is used in conjunction with the multi-color printing, slotting, cutting and die cutting of corrugated paperboads paper sheets. It can be used with any number of colors in printing and with any number of stencils. This type of machine is used widely by automotive manufacturers in Japan, Taiwan and the West for automobile parts and major assemblies such as axles. The entire machine is suitable for ceramic rollers imported from Taiwan and features automatic controls, solid construction and advanced design. Color matching is accurate to ±0.5mm, and the machine is well-suited to the strategy of “high value added and easy use” in today’s market.

our corrugated box machine use servo motor to drive feeding rubber wheel. It has more simple design. The separating flat board do not need to rise up and fall down to control the paperboard feeding and stop, simple structure.
Rotary Die Cutting Unit ,It use servo motor to drive. The transmission chain is separated from machine and die cutting vibration will not have influence over machine working, the other parts of the machine has more stable working condition to improve printing precision.

When the rubber pad of the die cutting wear, the slow of linear velocity due to smaller diameter will be compensated by servo motor to improve die cutting precision and prolong rubber pad working life.
