News from customers of Punjas flour mill that they inspected the construction of the 6x1200t

silos —each 11 metres in diameter which were almost completed when the full force of the cyclone hit in Dec, 2012.

The cyclone uprooted trees, ripped roofs of buildings and caused a widespread loss of power.

But the BODA silo, capable of storing 7200 tonnes of wheat, suffered no damage.

Boda silo is the first time appeared in Fiji and has installed for a Fiji company called Punjas Flour

mill, a flour mill that also produces biscuits.

The job includes elevator tower, roof catwalk, steel support towers. Boda team created an all-new design to suit Fiji’s special climate. Mr Wan (General Manager of BODA) said “It’s specially

designed to cope with cyclones”
