5XZC-5BXC Agricultural Equipment Air-screen Seed Cleaner For Wheat Seed Cleaner(Wheat Huller)

Introduction& Application:

Consists of Bucket Elevator, Dust Catcher, Vertical Screen, Vibration Sieve and Grain Exits. It is to clean the light impurity through vertical air sieve according to grain’s aerodynamic feature, then go into vibration sieve, clean big and small impurity by different types of high precise sieve in accordance with different grain size.The vibrating sieves could be set as two-layer,three- layer or four- layer by the request of the customer.It would remove the large and small impurities,at the same time,divide the remain into big,mid and small and eject them from different exit.The vibration screen used for separating seeds according as the grain different sizes by change the screen piece.

This machine could be used for processing grain, oil seeds and other agricultural byproducts. The machines can also be used for sifting beans, sesames, melon seed, mixed grains, corn, rice grain, wheat, sorghum, rape seed, sunflower seed, cotton seed etc.
