KRVMH-5 Vacuum Mixer Homogenizers technical requirement

This system is composed of emulsification mixing tank, pre-treatment tank, vacuum system, hydraulic system ,electric control system, discharging device, and working platform.

I. Emulsificationmixing tank

Working volume: 5 L, material: SUS316L, with electric heating and water-cooling fuctions.

3 layers structure, the top sealing head is connected with flange, and

Bottom sealing head is welded with tank body. The internal layer adopts SUS 316L, with thickness 3 mm. The internal layer is polished up to 300 MESH(sanitary grade), the middle layer adopts SUS304 with thickness 3mm, the working pressure is 0.09Mpa, equiped with 450W stainless steel electrical heating tube. The external layer adopt SUS 304 with thickness 2 mm, and polished up to 300MESH(sanitary grade).

The thermal insulation layer adopts rock wool.

The body of tank attached: liquid inlet, solid feeding hole, vacuum hole, sight glass, temperature sensor, sight glass, negative pressure sensor hole.

III. Low speed mixing system

low-speed frame type wall scraping mixer, with power 0.37 KW, and rotation speed 10-60 rpm. (speed can be adjusted by Mitsubshi frequency converter, and the mixing time is adjustable)

IV. Emulsificationhomogenizingsystem

bottom homogenizing emulsification structure, motor power 0.75 KW, and rotation speed 0-3500 rpm. ( speed can be adjusted by Mitsubshi frequency converter, and the mixing time is adjustable).

V.Vacuum system

Adopt direct coupled rotary vane style vacuum pump, exhuast rate 1L/S, motor power 120 W, and limit vacuum 10 Pa.

VI. Hydraulic system

The lifting of boiler cover is controlled by hydraulic, and max and min point is controlled by limit level switch.

VII. Electric control system

Mixing time is set by time relay, heating temperature is set by up and low limit of temperature controlled, adopt Mitsubshi frequency converter, and FUJI botton.
