1.Description of milk powder spray dryer

The laboratory spray dryer is a special equipment and is suitable for drying emulsion,suspending liquid,liquor and so on.Particularly it has unique fordrying polymers and resins,dyestuff and pigment,ceramics,glass,derust agent,pesticide,carbohydrate,dariryproducts,detergent and surfactant,fertilizer,oranic compound,inorganic compound and so on .

3.Working principle of milk spray dryer

• Air through a filter and heating, entering the dryer top of the air distributor, spiral hot air evenly into the drying chamber.
• The feed solution via the top of the tower body high-speed centrifugal atomizer (rotating) spray into a very fine mist of droplets with hot air cocurrent contact for the finished product may be dried within very short time.
• Finished continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and cyclone output, the exhaust gas is evacuated by the fan .
