1.The kettle is heated by electric ,no need to install an boiler , can save the costs and space for installing it .

2.thermic oil as heating medium ,can heat the ingredients very evenly and uniformly.

3.Pot structure:from inner to outer(SS 304→heating jacket(thermic oil at jacketed)→

Heat insulation layer→SS201( external package plate )

4.Newly design scraper can scrap all inner surface of the pot bottom including the verycentre point and edges where base and wall connected as well as centre shaft and base connected.

5.Heating temperature and mixing speed are controllable
