First: Mash System
Included :Mill machine and Plate Heater Exchanger. The system produces the final wort required after completion of the mashing process, from malt grinding to wort finalization. It contains boiler tank and filter tank. It is made of stainless steel, decorated with red copper plate outside, what’s more it adopts special insulation material
Second, Fermenting and Storing Equipment
Conical Fermentor:Complete the process from wort fermentation to fresh beer. It is made of stainless steel. With polyurethane thermal insulation layer of 70mm, and internal auto_clean. There are cooling zone outside control the temperature of fermentation according to the technology needs. An exhaust and pressure pipe controls internal pressure under 0.2mpa. In the later period of fermentation, yeast deposits at the bottom of the tank and is easy to discharge.
Third, Cooling Equipment
Beer is the product of low temperature fermentation. To reach low temperature required in beer fermentation, the heat resulted in process shall be absorbed by cooling media, so controlling the temperature is the key factor. This system provides cooling in process. It is refrigerator of wort, fermented liquid, and drought beer and removes heat in fermentation.
Forth, Electrical Control System: Control the distribution of electric power.
Fifth, CIP Washing System: CIP means clean-in-place
Combining the mash facility and fermenting system with pipes and valves, and also can be washed together and respectively. Alkali liquor flows through equipment and cleans them up to the sanitary standard of processes.
