Anybody can make biodiesel. It's easy, you can make it in your kitchen -- and it's BETTER than the petro-diesel fuel the big oil companies sell you. Your diesel motor will run better and last longer on your home-made fuel, and it's much cleaner -- better for the environment and better for health. If you make it from used cooking oil it's not only cheap but you'll be recycling a troublesome waste product. Best of all is the GREAT feeling of freedom, independence and empowerment it will give you.

Higher viscosity is not the only problem with using vegetable oil as fuel. Veg-oil has different chemical properties and combustion characteristics from the petroleum diesel fuel for which diesel engines and their fuel systems are designed. Diesel engines are high-tech machines with very precise fuel requirements, especially the more modern, cleaner-burning diesel. They're tough but they'll only take so much abuse.

SYSTEM INCLUDES:

1. Reactor:major cone tank for feedstock oil with pre-heating system.
2. Methanol tank:The methanol and NAOH are put into this tank and pumped into the reactor.
3. Pump:pumping &self cycling. The pump used for pumping the catalyst to the feedstock oil, mix via self cycling.
4. Distribution box:This system comes with a plastic distribution box for switch of pump on and off, heating, indication, easy operating.

APPLICATION SCOPE:

The unit suits for all kind of vegetable oil, waste vegetable, animal fat, used cooking oil.

PROCEDURE:

1. Put 500L feedstock (waste vegetable oil) into the big tank.

2. Heating the feedstock oil, set the temperature at 70°C-80°C,press the “heating on” to heat the feedstock oil, the heating pipe will stop heating automatically when the temperature up to your setting.

3. Put the 50L(as 10% oil volume)methanol and 3kg (as 0.6% oil volume)Noah into the small tank.

4. Open valves 1 and 6, then the catalyze pump into the big tank. Keep the PH is 8 to 9. Close the Valve 6, keep the valves 1 and 4 on, to blend the feedstock oil and catalyze thoroughly react under temperature at 60-65°C,after 1-2hours ,we get the crude biodiesel.

5. Cut the power and keep the crude biodiesel for 12 hours.

6. Open valve 5 and 7 to remove the glycerin.

7. Turn on the power and open valve 4 and 3, the finished biodiesel is pumped into the storage tank.
